Frequently Asked Questions


How can I book my villa?

Once you have decided to book a villa with us you just need to fill in the online booking form, or you can contact us by email or phone or making your reservation through our direct booking button.

Once we receive your pre-booking, we will confirm the availability and will send you a rental contract and payment instructions.

How can I pay for my reservation?

To confirm your booking, we require a 30% down payment of the total rental sum within 48 hours of contract date.
This can be done by bank transfer to our bank account or by credit card.
For credit card payments, we will use PayGold a safe system for paying by credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa. Unfortunately, payment with Amex is not available. Payments with credit card and Paygold apply a surcharge of 4% unless you book directly through our booking button where payment is automatically processed at no extra costs.
Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until we receive the down payment.
Final payment (70%) is due 6 weeks before your rental commences.
We will send you a reminder by email when the payment of the remaining rental sum is due.

Is cleaning included?

The cost for final cleaning is automatically added on the contract when you book any of our properties.
So when you arrive the property will be clean and when you depart, leave the property in similar conditions to those in which it was found

  • Collect all garbage (indoor and outdoor, incl. cigarettes on grass, shopping tickets in wardrobes etc.)
  • Put all crockery in dishwasher.
  • Report damages caused to the property and its content. These will be charged with the damage deposit.

We do expect you to leave the property in a proper state (garbage cleared, dishwasher switched on, fridge cleared, BBQ cleaned).
Extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged, please contact our concierge team.

Are bed linen and towels included?

The cost for bed linen and bath towels is automatically added on the contract when you book any of our properties. Bath towels include one large, one medium and one small towel per person. Pool towels are included as well.
Beach towels are not included.

Is there wifi available at the property?

Our properties have free internet access.

NOTE: Please note that many of our villas are located in residential areas or in rural surroundings where the coverage is not optimum. Therefore do not expect the speed of the Wifi connection to be as you are probably used to at home. In general speed ranges between 1MB-3MB. As more people are connected on the same network, then the speed will be slower.
Wifi connection works fine for Google, email or WhatsApp, but not for streaming videos online, Skype or heavy downloading.

Are the villas fully equipped?

Yes, they are.
We personally check all properties at the beginning and end of each season, ensuring that the villa is fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable.
Should you need or miss anything during your stay, please contact us and we will sort this out as soon as possible.
For any specific questions about the inventory, please contact us.

Is the pool maintained during our stay?

Yes, all pools are maintained daily by our professional maintenance team. The pool boy has a key to get to the pool and garden. He will check it every morning.

What is the Tourist Tax?

Catalan government requires all visitors over the age of 16 to pay a tourist tax of 0,90€/person/day, paying a maximum of 7 days. So 6,30€/stay/pp
The tourist tax amount is automatically added on the contract when you book any of our properties.

Is damage deposit required?

Security deposit is required to cover exceptional costs incurred during your stay to insure against costs of accidental damages, breakages, etc.

If no damage to the property or its contents has occurred, the security deposit will be refunded by a bank transfer up to 2 weeks after your stay.

Do you have baby beds and high chairs available?

Yes, we supply both for a small fee of 35€/each/stay (baby beds). Please reserve cots and high chairs beforehand as we have limited availability. We do not charge any additional fee for high chairs.
Please note that the cots provided are travel cots. We suppy baby linen.

Is arriving early possible?

We realize that you may have had a long and exhausting journey and that you are very tired, however, changes on Saturdays are extremely hectic and we have to do it in 6 hours. That means cleaning the villa, making beds, making minor repairs, etc. so unfortunately it is not possible to enter before 4.00 pm.

Check-out time on the day of departure is 10.00 am.

Please consult fees for early check-in or late check-out.

Is a late check out possible?

Unfortunately, in high season a late check out is not possible, as we have limited time to clean and prepare the villa for the next clients who are arriving that same afternoon.
Check out is at 10.00h latest.
In low or mid season, if the villa is not rented the week after, it may be possible to organize a late check out. If the villas might be available, please request quotes for early check-in and late check-out.

In any case, please be sure to ask us for an early check-in or late check-out in case there is the possibility of being able to offer it to you

Can you send me a brochure?

What if I have any problems during my stay?

We personally check the villa before the rental season for thorough preparation, and then verify the property during each change-over, so that you have a worry-free holiday.

However, you may encounter small problems or technical problems during your stay. If you have any problems, contact us and we will do our best to solve it as quickly as possible.

Our goal is to repair / solve any problem within 24 hours (working days).

What is your cancellation policy?

If the renter terminates this agreement before the arrival date and doesn’t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, they are responsible for paying the following penalty fees to cover costs, as long as a further rental is not possible:

The 30% deposit paid upon booking is non-refundable. Payable amounts and terms in case of early termination of rental:

  • up to 49 days before rental period: 30 % of rental quote.
  • up to 35 days before rental period: 50 % of rental quote.
  • up to 21 days before rental period: 70 % of rental quote.
  • up to 14 days before rental period: 90 % of rental quote.
  • Less than 14 days before rental period: 100 % of rental quote.

In case of termination of the stay before the departure date, the renter is obliged to pay the full rental quote.

Termination must be made in writing. The date of termination is from the date the document is received by the owner. The renter can thereafter let the property to someone else.

We have a special request during our stay, is that possible?
